The “Event” consists of 5 rounds of single stableford on 4 different courses. Giving every player the chance of winning Major Prizes, Daily novelty prizes and Daily prizes in 2 divisions

• Winning - 50,000 baht
• Runner Up - 30,000 baht
• Third Place - 20,000 baht
• Fourth Place - 10,000 baht
• Daily Prizes - 1st, 2nd & 3rd in 2 Divisions
• Daily Prizes - NTP's on all par 3’s

Note: Prizes MAY vary depending on the number of players.

We will be using the R&A Rules of Golf. The match committee will inform players each day of any local rules.

In the event of any dispute on the course regarding a rule then you are required to play out the hole with the ball in dispute and a provisional ball, both scores are to be recorded and upon the completion of the round clarification will be sought.

Handicaps:

All players must have a valid handicap and be certified by the match committee

Maximum: The maximum handicap index and playing handicap for this competition will be 36. Any player with a higher slope handicap than 36 will be assessed as a 36-playing handicap.

Handicap Indexes: Each player is responsible for ensuring that the match committee is given the correct and most recent handicap index information prior to the event. This includes the handicapping system used.

Playing Handicap: The playing handicap for each day’s play will be based on the Slope rating handicap for each course and associated tees. This will be calculated and advised to all players by the match committee. In the case of a player having multiple certified handicaps, the player MUST register his lowest certified handicap with the match committee.

Competition Format:

Single Stableford during the first 4 days and Single Stroke on final day with daily prize money in 2 divisions and 4 x NTPs each day.

The overall King of Mountain prize winners will be determined by a Merit Point System.

MERIT SYSTEM

The WINNER will be awarded to the player who accumulates the most “Merit” points over the 5 days of competition. Points will be awarded to each player subject to the finishing position each day in each division.

The points will be awarded as follows:

25 – to the highest stableford score/s on Day 1, 2, 3 & 4 in each division. To the lowest net score/s on Day 5 (only 1 division)

23 – to the second highest stableford score/s on Day 1, 2, 3 & 4 in each division. To the second lowest net score/s on Day 5 (only 1 division)

21 – to the third highest stableford score/s on Day 1, 2, 3 & 4 in each division. To the third lowest net score/s on Day 5 (only 1 division)

20 to 1 – from fourth highest to the lowest stableford score/s on Day 1, 2, 3 & 4 in each division. To the fourth lowest net score/s to the highest net score/s on Day 5 (only 1 division)

The player with the most awarded points will be the winner of the competition.

The competition organizers decision on any ruling is final.
